A traditional Austrian favourite: tender pork belly with a crispy crust, slowly braised in red wine, onions and carrots. Served with aromatic sauerkraut simmered in white wine and soft bread dumplings enriched with butter, milk and eggs. A rich, hearty meal full of authentic alpine flavour.
